The 3^rd International Conference on Separation + Drying Technologies for Milk and Whey will take place on 19/20 March 2018 in Cologne, Germany. 

This two-day event will begin the day before Anuga FoodTec commences and it will take place in the Conference Center East on the fairgrounds in Cologne. The highly successful second Conference in 2015 attracted 150 participants from 27 different countries.
